Q1: Do you have overseas service center?

A: Yes, we have service centers in Europe and we provide call center, maintenance, spare parts, logistics and warehousing services covering the whole of Europe, support door to door transport, returning process etc.

Q2：Do you accept OEM or ODM

A：Both OEM and ODM are avalable.

Q3：Can I add my own logo or choose my own colors？

A：Yes you can. But for change logo and colors, the MOQ is 100 pieces per order or for specific discussion.

Q4: Do you have electric bicycles and electric tricycles?

A: Yes we have e-bike and electric tricycles.

Q5：What is the payment term？

A：For sample orders, a 100% TT deposit is required. For bulk production orders, we accept a 30% deposit and a 60% final payment before shipment.

Q6：What is your delivery time？

A： The preparation time for sample orders is 4-5 weeks. The delivery time for bulk orders can be arranged in 3-4 weeks for shipment.

Q7: What certificate do you have?

A: We have CE,TUV, KBA, FCC,MD, LDV, RoHS, WEEE etc. Also we can provide any certificate relates to products.

Q8: How does your factory perform quality control?
