The Ha Niu Super Factory production base, built with huge investment, covers an area of 200000 square meters and has 10 workshops including motors, wiring harnesses, frames, spraying, and final assembly. At every stage, we adhere to high standard automated production lines to ensure the quality and performance of every product.
The motor workshop has introduced more than 100 advanced parts and equipment such as automatic winding machines, automatic magnetic steel bonding machines, and automatic compression end cap screw machines. It can independently develop various permanent magnet synchronous motors such as lead-acid, lithium batteries, and small and high-speed motors. The wiring harness workshop has numerous advanced equipment, such as terminal crimping machines, fully automatic terminal crimping machines, wire cutting machines, testing machines, etc., providing high-quality wiring harness products for various electric vehicles.
The frame and body design of each electric vehicle in the frame workshop have been professionally calculated and rigorously tested to ensure its excellent load-bearing capacity. Advanced automatic laser cutting equipment, CNC bending equipment, stamping machines, etc. are used to ensure that the frame undergoes strict vibration testing, does not deform or break, and the safety performance is guaranteed.
The paint baking workshop adopts advanced paint baking technology, which goes through multiple processes such as acid washing, phosphating, electrophoresis, and 3 sprays and 3 baking to ensure that the car body is not oxidized or corroded, improving the appearance and durability.
